The lighting was absolutely incredible and completely transformed our wedding. But if there’s one piece of advice I can give future couples, it’s this: make sure James DJs your afterparty.

We originally hired them just for the lighting and only later found out that James was also a DJ. It ended up being one of the best decisions we made. His energy, song selection, and ability to read the crowd were unbelievable. He kept the dance floor packed all night and somehow made our afterparty feel like we had been transported straight to Ibiza.

The lighting and production were flawless, but James truly took the night to another level. We can’t recommend him enough!

We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ and MC than Jimmy & James! They took the time to meet with us multiple times before the wedding to truly understand our vision, and they executed it perfectly. The music felt so personalized to us and kept the dance floor full all night. We’ve had so many guests tell us how much they loved the music—it was one of the biggest talking points after the wedding! We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a team that truly cares about making your day unforgettable.

We had an amazing experience with This is It!! From the initial consult call we knew their team was the most professional & exceptional team to ensure our day was amazing from start to finish. Every time we spoke during planning, they seemed just as hyped as us and gave us great planning tips! Our Dj & EmCee were AMAZING and helped the day run so smoothly - and even ensured we didnt miss a single thing on the dance floor because we were running around. Shout out to Jimmy & Dan!! They even sent photos from behind the scenes that they managed to snag. Everyone there was so nice & I would recommend them in a heart beat!

We hired This Is It Entertainment for our wedding and could not have been happier. James and his team handled everything — ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception — across three completely different setups, both inside and outside. They took care of the lighting and every other detail, and it all came together seamlessly. Setup and teardown were entirely on them, and we never had to worry about a thing.

Will was our MC and did a fantastic job keeping the night flowing and the energy up. Truly a one-stop shop. If you want a DJ and entertainment company that shows up, handles the logistics, and lets you actually enjoy your day, these are your people. Highly recommend!

This is the best DJ company. I had them for my wedding. Everyone did not stop dancing. James is so friendly and makes you feel at ease throughout the whole process. He can set the mood perfectly and helped my friend with pre ceremony preparation. Weekend Willy was amazing. He has this energy that’s so fun and contagious. My friends and I have all used them for our wedding and each wedding has been a blast because of this company.

If we could give 10 stars to This Is It Entertainment, we would! From our first phone call, 10 months before our wedding, we knew that James would bring the vision of our special day to life. He was patient, kind, and understanding as he listened to all our ideas and offered insight into how a day would typically go. After that call, it was a no-brainer that we would need him as our DJ. Leading up to the wedding, James and our MC, Jimmy, were always available by phone or text for any questions or last-minute ideas we had. During the wedding, they were always around, making sure the party never stopped! Our wedding day exceeded our wildest dreams, and that is due in large part to the professionalism and energy Jimmy and James from This Is It! brought.

We had a fantastic call with James. He walked us through a lot of information in a structured way that made it easy to follow and still felt conversational. I also appreciated his general wedding tips and thoughts to take to other vendors if we didn't end up booking with them. Overall a really amazing and professional first impression and left us feeling very comfortable booking with them!

We decided to reach out to This Is It after attending a cousins’s wedding where Will was the MC, and it was probably the best decision we made for our whole wedding. James and Will LISTENED to us - something that was evident on our big day, and really felt personal. Something that set them apart from everyone else. They never made us feel like our music choices were odd, or like our celebration wasn’t going to feel like us due to different types of styles or genres. It was truly incredible. James also stood his ground when we had a “Don’t you dare play this” list, and some guests asked for them anyway. He was a master of the transitions and keeping the energy buzzing. Will was super accommodating, always communicating throughout the night and just hyping up our guests. I couldn’t imagine having anyone else in their place, and I can’t thank them enough for everything they did to make our big day come alive. Nearly all of our guests were on the dance floor (at least at some point during the night lol) and everyone only had good things to say about the music. I could go on and on forever but just take my word for it - book these boys! 10 stars for This Is It!!!

This is entertainment was phenomenal! I had such a great experience with them from the moment I had my first conversation with James (DJ). I had previously met with another DJ from another company who was pretty overwhelming and was nervous that was how everyone would be. James was so friendly and seemed like the perfect fit for my wedding day. After I had met with Will (the MC), and I also had a great conversation with him. He seemed like he wouldn’t be obnoxious on the day of the wedding yet still make announcements fun and exciting and get down and party with us! I decided to go with them and the months leading up to my wedding, they were extremely responsive and made me feel good going into the wedding. I knew that they would be able to read the room and make the party keep going. And that’s exactly what they did on my wedding day. Having them there felt like having additional friends there and not some random person I’ve never met. We were dancing well before dinner and continue to dance until the very end of my reception. Everyone couldn’t believe how many people were dancing so early on in the night. Ive been continuing to have people reach out to me and tell me how amazing my DJ group was and how they all had the best time from my friends in their 20s and family members in their 60s and 70s. I would definitely recommend this group and I was extremely happy with my decision.
